"Air fryer" is a generic term; any appliance brand names mentioned (such as Ninja, Instant, Cosori, Philips, T-fal or Black+Decker) belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Grocery store names are mentioned only to describe where ingredients can be bought; we are not affiliated with any grocery chain.

Buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to read and keep it. It does not give you ownership of the content or any right to resell, share or republish it. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Our recipes, nutrition estimates and meal plans are for general information and personal use only. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have a medical condition, a food allergy or special dietary needs, speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet, and always check ingredient labels for allergens.

You are responsible for safe food handling and for using your air fryer according to its manufacturer's instructions. Health Canada recommends cooking to a safe internal temperature, checked with a food thermometer: for example, 74 °C (165 °F) for poultry and leftovers, and 71 °C (160 °F) for ground meat. Cooking times and temperatures are guidelines and may need adjusting for your appliance.

Where a review comes from a customer outside Canada or has been translated, we say so and show the customer's country. We do not pay for reviews or write them ourselves, and results vary from person to person. Photos of dishes are for illustration; your results will depend on your ingredients and appliance. Any connection with a reviewer (for example, a free product given in exchange for an honest review) will be clearly disclosed.
